Privacy Policy
This page explains what Loggers Nation LLC does with the information you send through this website. It covers the two forms on the site: the client inquiry form and the talent application form. It does not cover the agreements we sign with clients or with people who join our teams. Those have their own terms.

- Your message
Talent application form
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number (optional)
- LinkedIn profile (optional)

- Your consent to this policy
Your CV may contain more than we ask for: a photo, date of birth, home address, education history. We do not ask for these and we do not remove them. We process the file as you sent it. If you want to limit what we hold, send a CV that contains only what you want us to have.
Technical data
When you load this site, our hosting provider records your IP address, browser type, and the time of the request. This is standard server logging, used to keep the site running and to block abuse. The bot-protection check on the forms also inspects basic browser signals to tell people from automated traffic.
3. Why we use it
- Client inquiries. To answer your message and discuss the work you described. We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries and, where relevant, on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
- Talent applications. To assess your application, contact you about openings that match the roles you selected, and keep you in our talent network for future roles. We rely on your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form.
- Site security. To keep the site and forms working and to filter spam. We rely on our legitimate interest in protecting our systems.
We do not use what you send us for advertising, and we do not sell it.
4. Who has access
- Our team. The people at Loggers Nation who handle inquiries and recruitment. They are based in Serbia.
- Service providers. Form submissions are received by our backend systems, stored in Wasabi cloud storage, and delivered to our team by email. Our hosting provider serves the site and keeps the server logs described above. These providers process data on our instructions, under contracts that limit what they may do with it.
- Clients. We do not share your CV or your details with a client without talking to you first.
- Authorities. We disclose information when the law requires it.
5. Where your data is stored
Loggers Nation LLC is a US company. Submissions and CV files are stored in the United States, in the Wasabi us-east-1 region. Our team accesses them from Serbia.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, this means your data leaves that territory. For these transfers we rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and their UK and Swiss equivalents, with our providers and within our own organisation. You can ask us for details at the address below.
6. How long we keep it
- Talent applications. We keep your application and CV in our talent network until you ask us to remove them. Roles open on a rolling basis, and a profile submitted this year may match a role next year. We review the network periodically and remove records that are no longer relevant. You can withdraw at any time by emailing us. We remove your record within 30 days.
- Client inquiries. We keep inquiry messages while the conversation or business relationship is active, and afterwards for our records, until you ask us to delete them.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider rotates these on its own schedule, typically within a few weeks.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Ask what information we hold about you and receive a copy
- Correct information that is wrong or out of date
- Have your information deleted
- Withdraw consent you gave earlier. This does not affect processing that already happened
- Object to processing based on our legitimate interest
- Receive the information you gave us in a portable format
- Complain to a data protection authority in your country
To use any of these, email info@loggersnation.com. We may ask you to confirm your identity. We reply within 30 days.
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act gives you similar rights to know, delete, and correct. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in that law.
8. Cookies
This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies, and it does not track you across other sites. The bot-protection check on our forms may set a technical cookie it needs to work. Fonts are served from our own domain, so loading this site does not send requests to third-party font services.
9. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Access to stored submissions is limited to the people who need it for the purposes above. No system is completely secure. If a breach affects your data, we will tell you and the relevant authority as the law requires.
10. Age
This site and its forms are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page. If a change affects how we use information you already gave us, we will contact you by email before it takes effect.
