Operating since 2015 and now in our 12th season, we have established ourselves as a reliable partner to international clients. Our teams have sustained delivery through seasonal peaks of 25,000 matches in a single month, at the same quality standard.
Every annotation project starts with a written specification: what counts as an event, where its boundary sits, and how edge cases are resolved. Ambiguity in that document becomes noise in the training set. Our annotators work to that specification, and sampled output is checked against it before anything is delivered.
Throughout more than a decade we have facilitated career opportunities for a talent pool of over 5,000 professionals. New team members learn through our own course platform, with an assigned mentor and purpose-built bots that correct them in real time. Retention says more than any process description. A significant core of our team has been with us since the first year.

Most of our analysts are coaches, current or former players, or people who follow their sport closely enough to argue about it. They already understand what they are watching, which is where teams without that background lose accuracy.
Annotation errors do not announce themselves. They surface later as a model that fails in ways that are hard to trace back. We label on our own annotation platform, built for this work, and run the same review layers over it that we use on match data.
Our own AI and review bots check output in real time, trained human controllers verify flagged and sampled work, and randomized deep audits keep the whole system honest. The result: one third of the QA staff otherwise required, and 20 to 30 percent of working time recovered per analyst.
